Specialist Tertiary Eye Hospital

Oso Consulting provided programme-level Integration and Data Migration leadership during enterprise EPR transformation within a specialist tertiary hospital. The programme required structured interoperability between Meditech Expanse and an established specialist clinical platform, alongside legacy PAS, departmental systems and reporting environments.
